Most of my family supports Somali weyne. None of my family members support Al-shabaab but only my sister supports TFG. We all love Kismaayo tho, we all support Kismaayo to death.

My mom doesn't know left from right in Somali politics.

My dad and I have pretty similar political views, though he is not in support of a particular resistance group.

Politics was an unknown thing in my family. Never talked about. My mom's is clueless about the whole thing and my dad never discussed it with any of his kids. I don't remember politics ever being mentioned.
