Twisted, its stuff like this. When one tries to understand your logic and where your coming from you never clarify it for the people you just state your little outbursts of anti-Islamic law and hate for arabs (which is seen by many as a disguise for your hate of Islam).

Now, I ask you, if your a muslim and you belief in the allah how can you put man made laws above allahs? How can you utter that allahs laws are not good to govern man who he has created?

The constitution should be separate from religion. That's my view. Even within virtually 100% Sunni Islam Somalia, there exists idealogical rift between the Sufis, Akhwan-ul-Muslimeen and the Whabbi guys. Each of them believes that their specific interpretation of Islam is the authentic one. When you have such idealogical misunderstandings, tension and arguments are bound to happen. Somalia has gone through 18 years of civil war and social tension. The last thing we need is another civil war over religion. Let's keep things simple and straight-forward. God has nothing to do with this

Twisted, I get your view, I think what makes people misunderstand you is how you phrase your statements, you make it seem as thou shariah law in general should not govern man and that its somehow not in the same league as man made western laws. I fully agree with you that the state Somalia is in is not one which shariah law could be implied and ruled by easily, but I disagree that the "rift" between the different sects is a big problem that would totally rule out implementing shariah law. However, so long as we stay in the status quo it would be very difficult to rule by shariah law or any law for that matter.

Not just Somalia, I have never seen a place where Sharia Law or any other so-called divine law has succeeded Saudi Arabia with their Royal Perverts and the Vatican State with its homosexual pedophiles is a clear case in point
