The man could not differentiate what was his personal property and what state property, for example: the country was not his personal property, and he could not wish to die while sitting on the ruling seat. He was on the ruling seat to serve the Somali people, and not for the Somali person to serve him till he dies on the ruling seat!
Enough was apparently not enough for him.
