There is no even Somali millionaire forget about billionaire.
So he bought a real estate apartments, that doesn't make him a billionaire, most propely he bought it with a mortage loan, and he have to buy it back for the rest of his life.

Even if he paid it cash, the apartments need improvement, he have to buy property tax of about 40,000 a year. he have find ppl to lease or rent to get back part of his many, and in this bad economy, I doubt, he will have that building for lease for a long time.
