My advice:

-Help her as much as you can esp now when she cant even eat, it would be very helpful if you cook every meal for her.

- Move out to onther room if you have and dont force her to anything.
- Being pregnant in 9 months it's not easy, be always there and always remember she is carrying ur baby whenever she is pissed and want to kill you.
