we are talking about clanclashes and fighting in the big citys and killing of ministers.

If you reread the article I provided, specially the paragraph I quoted, then you'll notice it said -- “It was a day when undisciplined clan militias were allowed, and may be given a green light from the Rayaale administration, to wage an unprovoked aggression against peaceful people who were taking care of their business” ---

The civilians were slaughtered in Samaron's owned lands and by a CLAN-BASED militia, which is safe to assume they were Isaaqs, given that, they were targeted on their way from Borama to Hargeisa. The government washed their hands clean out of it, and drifted their attention to other issues, rather than tickling this specific one. This somehow proves either points – 1) Somaliland administration can not stop the internal terror, and bring the clan-based campaigns to a halt OR 2) They are collaborating with the mentioned forces to attain certain objectives. No other explanations can fit into this issue. Don't you feel this is way worse than assassinating one or two politicians?.

Again it doesn’t make sense u say riyaale is behind the road killings why should he it was his own people that where getting murdered it does not make any sense

So, the thought of him IGNORING the issue, and abandoning his clansmen as they get slaughtered by the militia makes sense to you?. Listen, as I stated in my previous comments --- This either shows his lack of competence and incapability to eliminate terror, or his corrupted mindset and disruptive ways to carry out tasks. An additional point – I think the dude is kind of playing with fire. Ever since he extended his presidency period and minor blasts and aggressions took over the main cities, so he thought by giving out the green light to the infuriated groups to assassinate his clansmen to come into terms with the current situation -- will reduce the tension to tolerable degree....
