As for your Q it depends on what you call 'profilic'. In my view that is ibn taymiyyah and his two students ibn qayyim and ibn katheer

Anyway I have a question that I would like to know the answer too as it would help me out: If you come into jamac(congregational) prayer where the imam is in rukuc, do you have to make up that rakat after the salaat is finished, or should you only do that when the imam has done a full rakat i.e. after sujuud?

Do you mean that you came late to the prayer and they already started? Well then you do the takbeer and do want they do for instnace you come in and they are in rukuuc then you do the takbeer and join them in rukuc

If you mean when you supposed to make up a missed rakaca, then it is when they have done the rukuc i.e came up from rukuc.

about ur question i asked a imaam one time..he told me it depend on the thamaa'ninah(daganaansho)..which means how many second or minutes u start the rukuc with them..i mean if u start rukuc with the jamacah and as soon as u go down with rukuc they come bk from it...then is not counted as rakcah u have to pray another rakcah on ur own ...datz wad imaama told me...ilaahey ha nagu anfaco all of us
