Walahi Saado Ali is the new Sarah Palin of Dhulos or Harti may I say that will liberate them from Somaliland, this is beyond welcoming a singer.
In the past, this woman has said things that upset a lot of Daarods especially her clan (Dhulmahante) and Mareexan when she sang the landcruiser gadoow song that was anti-afweyne and anti reer baadiye Marehans.

But after 91, her views towards afweyne government has changed drastically because of too much criticism coming from her people that was directed at her. So ever since Daarod came back to power with Abdullahi Yusuf she was on a mission to redeem herself by praising him and singing for him even when religious sheikhs were calling him murtad.

Now it is longer a secret...she has become a politician warlord and wants to create a new administration called S.S.C which the isaaq refer to as ceeb, Soor iyo Caano administration.

Beesha Hawiye stands by Maqal Air-Canada. We apologize to the Beesha Dhulbhante for his harsh words. Sool, Sanag and Ceyn are the home of the Somali freedom raiders

I meant raider as it applies militarily. Raider is the select group within a military unit tasked to a special services. So the Darwiish were raiders fighting for Somali unit

Saado Ali was always a political singer. You must be very young.

We hope that the Beesha Dhulbhante doesn't fall for the temptations of clan agitators who are in it simply to cause animosity, displacement and hatred between brothers.

I don't think they hate them and to be honest, they have lived and are culturally closer to Isaaq than Darod, but sadly, certain groups and individuals are trying to cause hatred and animosity through emotional blackmailing. This whole SSC thing is engineered from overseas and by people that have no relevance or value to both to Dhulbhante or to Somalia at large.

Always reject the ones that call for war from the comforts of their home

It really is an embarrassment ! as Londoner and someone who uses Heathrow a lot I can tell you that no-one does this kind of ridiculous public spectacle. Lots of celebrities and high profile people come through Heathrow everyday and the most you will see is a few papparazi taking pics.

Even Somalis were pretty sophisticated in welcoming well known people, somalis from all qabiils would welcome someone with dignity just a few people a few photographs and whisk them off in a car. This silly dance in a public space was a new low and a stupid thing to do in front of weary commuters from all over the world.

P.S some people are dying to copy 18 may

I don't see anything wrong with it....I was proud to watch Somalis embrace their culture. It would have been better if they had more than one line to sing and dance along to and if their clothes were more traditional but all in all it was brilliant. Other people are not embarrassed about their culture and we shouldn't either. I think it would be great if we developed our traditional music and culture....especially developing and enhancing the unique aspects and promoting that.
