diinta waa wax qofka uu ku dhashey ma aha iska yeel yeel iyo munaafaqad islaanimada waa wax ka yimaada qalibaaga, .diinta islaamka waa diin naxariis, sinaan cadaalad, democracy walaaltinimo, aniga waxaan diidanahay MUNAAFAQNIAMDA kaliya, bal systemka loogu yeero shariica(sharci) haduu wax fiican yahay maxaan SACUUDIGA isaga dhiibi weynay ee canada iyo mareykanka idin wada geeyey?

waa loo qiraa dad kale wanaag ay sameeyeen, of course xumaan baddan waa ka buuxdaa gaaladan, laakiin waxa kaliya ay ku horumareen waa xuriyada iyo systemka ku dhisan inay doortaan dadka maamulaya.

aniga waxaan aamisanahay inay riyoonayaan dadkii mooda DHAGAX KU DILID iyo gacan gooyn wax shaqo ku leh horumarka baniaadamka.

The ignorance displayed in this forum boggles the mind!
Debates in this matter have been based on christianity vs secularism, but secularism= Christianity, is new to me :D. The battles between the two have been for nothing.

The Sharia Law is the law of Islam it came from the Quran and the Sunnah (the practice of the prophet Mohammed scw).

For each we have appointed a divine law and a traced-out way. Had God willed, He could have made you one community. But that He may try you by that which He has given you. So vie one with another in good works. Unto God you will all return, and He will then inform you of that wherein you differ. Qur'an, 5:48

It represents an Islamic way of life that is more than a system of criminal justice. Sharia is a religious code for living, is a way of life. Humans are not perfect, far from it, we make mistakes all the time. Allah made it easy for us by giving us set of guidance we can use to lead our lives. The Sharia is not there to make your life harder, to police you, punish you, but guide you, correct your mistakes and protect you. It’s a code of living that governs all elements of our lives. From prayers, fasting, treating neighbours with respect to donations to the poor. It orders that men and women should dress modestly, men and women to treat each other with respect. It tells women that their bodies are cawrah, as that’s the way they were created, therefore to cover their bosoms with clothes. In Muslims countries were the Sharia law has been implemented shows significant drop of crimes, especially serious crimes.

But I understand were people in this thread who are against Sharia law are coming from, and honestly I don’t blame you. All you ever known are the western Laws, the western way of life. That teaches every men and women to be free, free to do what they want. Free to say and act as they want as long.....(and then add few laws here and there). This freedom to do as we wish meant that we see all sorts of crimes, some which haven’t been seen anywhere else in this world. But you need to realise that for humans to live side by side, in harmony and security, there has to be laws implemented, you cannot tell people they free to run around, and I’m not accusing western laws of doing such thing, but their laws are so contradictory to their way of life.

At the same time the Sharia law has been used by wrong doers, warlords, power hungry puppets, and that’s why many of you think Sharia law is bad and shouldn’t be implemented, but it isn’t the Sharia Law that is bad, is the people that are using it and abusing it. The Sharia law doesn’t say force women to cover head to toe including the faces, stone little girl with no proof, cut of the hands of a man that is innocent, after all innocent until proven guilty right, or butcher random man like an animal who never claimed to leave the fold of Islam. Sharia law is for guidance, security and peace. But now a days leaders of Muslims countries are using it for their own political agendas, for their own achievements, it has nothing to do with fulfilling what Allah has ordained us, more of personal fulfilment. And that...you should blame these leaders not the Laws of the Creator. today if you give me certain amount of money and ask me to use it for my personal use, those which are needed the most. but i go out and but alcohol, go clubbing, host parties - all using this money you have given me, am i (or shall i say do i have the right to) going to blame you or the bank for ruining my own life? Sharia Law is there for our own use, but if we abuse it, we shouldnt blame, a) the religion, b) God or c) the law its self.
