Do people who chew suffer from enlargement of the Skull?
One of the side effects of taking Steroids is skull enlargement and penile dyfunction and shrinkage.
A study needs to be conducted on th side effects of Khat.

I have had a puff of a cigarette, a few shiishas and I have tasted one leaf of qaad but I'm glad to say that I don't do any of those.
BTW, the qaad was so bitter I could taste it the next day

Waa iska nin soomali ah..weird alien shaped skulls is not uncommon.I don't think it has anything to do with Qaat.
