In regards to educated people, Somalia had a brain drain 20 years ago, 90% of Somali propfessors and doctors would rather live and end their lives inWestern Europe and America than to even consider going back home. The oil in Somalis is of no use, even if they were to extract it, the infrastructure needed is in Ethiopia and other neighbouring countries, no sane oil company would ever do real business with Somalis (thats suicide).
