Udun, what percentage of those said scholarships go to gobolada SSC?
Samadoon,

How long are some people gonna be in a blame game?  They do provide help but I know some of us waste it. You should also know the education projects are funded by NGOs, diaspora individuals, and tuition paid by the families of the students. Fyi, 90% of PL's budget goes to security

Besides, you do have representatives in the PL parliament and also in the Executive, so you may want to funnell any of your concerns to them. On my end, any concerns that I have goes to the parliamentarians and ministers in PL the government 8-)

Udun but you claim SSC the regions are under PL why are they been attacked by SL ma is weydisay what action have they taken! the People of Galkacyo ma ku damiir dhamaw waalahi!
90% of PL's budget goes to security

Oo maxa laga faiiday baal! soldiers not been paid in couple of months and parts of the land Pl claims under attack..

to answer the Question you wouldn't answer only supporters of PL and cadaqatayaal get couple of scholarships for their kids not even the people they represent.

Babygirl,

In cayn, both the administration and population of PL offered help. All of the funding, food, and ammunition is provided by PL. Even all of the technicals were fixed by technicians who left Garoowe and Gaalkacayo. My question is what can SSC Hogaanka entity do for Kalshaale that it could not do for Widhwidh? The fact of the matter is all it has done is to waste the resources that diaspora had collected.

I don't see any complains from Reer Oodeed who are bravely defending their territory and I don't see them blaming PL. The reer Gaalkacayo you are talking about are aslo PLers. You may want to convey your concerns to Mohamud Farah Isse Gaashaan who is your uncle in the current PL government but the question is those who are running after the SSC Hogaanka entity are on one hand claiming a separate entity and on the other hand blaming PL goevernment  I don't believe one can have both ways

The scholarships were distributed based on the performance and the grades of students, as the minister said.Qaraabonimo wax la iskuma siin buu yiri in the second video. This is a good step forward, quality over qabiil
