To me, Farmaajo was just a huge roadblock to peace. He just stood in the way of the formation of Somalia's federal roadmap. Hopefully the work continues. Good riddance to that guy.

really just now? When was the TFG ever sovereign? The sooner we realize that the TFG will not work the sooner we can move on. But we seem to be stuck on a system that's meant to fail. Farmaajo is gone like the rest before him. A new one will be appointed and I can bet you there will be a row and problems within the top leadership before their one year mandate is up.

TFG as an institution is meant to fail, it doesn't matter who's in it.

Who are the crocodiles and how does one dance with crocodiles? :? Ninyahow my quote above maadan fahmin ayay ilatahay. Meeshu somalida joogta waa wada pawns in a game of chess being played the people who bankroll the TFG and the regional governments and possibly even al shabab. That is all I was saying. Abdullahi Yusuf having been a pawn for a very long time would have been a good mentor for these new guys as he appears to have finally figured out what is going on.

I am on the same line with you.

Its just the way people are so naive to think one man can change an entire corrupt institution.

Meshan game of poker bala ciyara.

CORRUPTION wrote: Archer, you know damn well what I mean. A paper government is nothing but an idea, we at one point were also just an idea but these ideas need to be implemented at some stage. Farmaajo needed to work with us from the get go and perhaps he wouldn't have found himself in such a position. Qof daacad ah ha la shaqeeyo dadka kalle oo ey ka daacad tahay. We all know bintiland doesn't fit the description.
I actually have no clue what you are getting at. As for Farmaajo or any other official of the TFG working with Somaliland that is just not realistic. Somaliland way duushay nimankana ticket ma haystaan. As for Bintland this TFG cabinet actually sidelined them and ignored Faroole's rants completely.

We have rather given up on it. For the last 20 or so years our nations sovereignty continues to be the least of our concerns and that is precisely because Somalis are more skeptical of each other then they are with foreigners. Nothing close to what the slow Digil and Mirifle kid says if you ask me.

Take Puntland for instance, both the Hawiye dominated TFG and the Isaaq in the northwest want it to fail. It's all about staying on top in Somalia's political arena with all of them and if that isn't realized they will spoil for the one who makes it to the top at all cost as has been played out during Abdullahi Yusuf's presidency.
