Thats no indication for who matures faster. Girls are not genetically built to mature quicker then boys. Its about what environment kids grow up in, rather than whether they have a penis or a vagina.

There is no need for evidence that matured students do better in exams, it's pretty obvious. Non-mature students usually don't study and usually go and party/clubbing while matured students usually don't. Matured students are more likely to spend more time in studying than non-matured students would do.

It's not in genetics that makes girls to mature faster, it's in hormones. Environment is a factor in maturity of students, but hormones still play a factor in matureness of a student. Don't you know why the phrase "Boys/teenagers with raging testosterone" was invented?
