The path C/Yuuf took in his political career is recorded in history.
I dont see the need to argue about what history has already recorded.
Neither of your arguments would change what history has to say about him
whether you belittle him or elevate him.

Comparing muqdisho to puntland is injustice and should not be taken lightly.

>one is peaceful while the other is chaotic.
>one is progessing while the other is dissintegrating.
>one used to be the place to be while the other is the place to be currently.

It's only fair to compare peaceful region to one another and the chaotic portion
of the country to one another.

Absolutely ridiculous  how the hell does a thread on xamar end with abdullahi yusuf?

Everything could've been avoided if ppl ignored tightrope's comments. It was obviously trolling and you guys fell for it and allowed it to derail the thread.

Don't play with adults unless you want to cry. Berbera is wholly-owned by Zenawi, don't fight the truth. You will see Reer Burco using Bosaso but you will never find reer Gaalkacyo in Berbera or Xamar for exporting.

Somalia's busiest port is Ceel Macaan, a makeshift port north of Xamar. The second-busiest is Bosaso.

http://www.unhabitat.org/content.asp?ci ... lContent=1 <---all about Bosaso, "second-busiest port in Somalia"
http://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/03/world ... malia.html <---all about Ceel Macaan, #1 port in Somalia

Berbera is nowhere to be found. Even if you look up "busiest port in Somalia" you will only get results for Bosaso or Ceel Macaan, the rest have become irrelevant to Somalis. Even after Siad Barre, the Russians AND the Americans built Berbera to be Somalia's top port, it gets beat by TWO makeshift ports. How sad.
