As for qaxootis, if we're being honest, qaxootinimo waa nologo horeeyay waana nologo dambeeyay (sp?)
Do you want to back that up with sources? Or is it "lets' speak out of our ass day?

I am Mareexaan today.
Hundreds of thousands of refugees fleeing from Ogadenia following the Somali withdrawal from Ethiopia settled in refugee camps throughout Somalia.

Then as a result of military operations in the north, hundreds of thousands of people hailing from the Waqooyi Galbeed and Todgheer regions of Somalia were refugees in Ethiopian camps such as Aware et al.

Then came exodus of people from Somalia following the fall of the Siyad Barre regime, mostly settling in Kenya in camps such as Utaango.

After that, hordes of people fleeing from Xamar as a result the conflict between Aideed & Ali Mahdi, Aideed & UN, and general warfare settled throughout the country.

Then came the Ethiopian invasion that turned Mogadishu and the surrounding environs into a ghost town, turning the Afgooye corridor into the largest concentration of IDPs on the planet.

Then the subsequent Al-Shabaab occupation coupled with the worst drought in 60 years that pretty much depopulated entire regions, forcing people to flee towards Xamar, Western Gedo, Kenya, and the North.

I would say that's pretty objective.
