Well guys It is all about how you define female friend, what about a former female college freind that we still send each other emails is that considered friend, or the ex coworker that we have done some tough projects and still have my phone number and gives me call once a while when she needs information or some other type of help.

Other than that I really don’t know how me and girls can become just friends, you mean she will come to the basketball court and whoop some shots with me, that is what I call real friend to hang with

I wouldn't encourage it, but it's possible. Provided both individuals are clear about their intentions and the friendship serves a purpose. Something would seriously have to be wrong with me if I wanted to sleep with every woman I've ever had dealings with. That goes beyond having low standards, that's another level all together.

i seriously think that men and women can't be just friends regardless of looks. when two opposite sex stay friends an attraction is always developing on either side.

Firstly, if someone is good enough to be a friend, but you're disgusted at the thought of marrying them, you don't deserve their friendship.

Secondly, to all the women/men viewing male-female friendships as nothing of importance, try and keep that view when your husband/wife comes back home after a night out with Zahra/Hassan.

Anyway, I'm more interested in the varying definitions on 'friendship' I'm sure we all have.
