fast food is the worst food you can eat wallahi. not because of its fattening content but solely because of how its handled. food from any restaurant shouldn't be eaten. sushi is fine and the food you see thats being made in front of your eyes but nothing else.

nothing is stopping us from buying chicken from the grocery store and frying it ourselves.

I really dnt see the red meat obsession.Altho i doubt i would ever cross it off permanently.Fish over red meat any day of the week.

My love for meat has surpassed addiction, sometimes I eat a huge plate of nothing but meat....hilib ari, suqaar and fried fish mixed together.

It just means, I adhere to the vegetarian diet for months or a year/two and I got back to being a carnivore. What part of that was too difficult for you to grasp?
