I thought the issue of lower jubba and kismayo has been long time ago settled but i was wrong.There is no daarood ownership of jubbas but there is a daarod presence.hawiye will have a say in any future clan state in jubba and any mutual alliance is to be welcomed.You cant just wish away the hawiye factor in the equation.hawiye strategists will make sure our influence remains intact.Adeer Meles wants marehan rule in kismaayo and that only becomes possible when an agreement b.w adeer meles and hawiye elites is reached in addisababa. any threat to our allies will have a catastrophic consequence.

I could not find anywhere were Meles states he will capture Kismaayo. On the contrary, under the AMISOM mandate, Kenya and some other countries are suppose to be tackling Kismaayo and they are being paid by the UN to do it.

Ethiopia is actually trying to get compensation for capturing Baidoa from the UN, let alone attempt to waste its resources capturing a city it cannot hold. Unlike Kenya and AMISOM, Ethiopia has no financial guarantees in its fight against Alshabaab.

That is what it is. May Allah prevent anymore bloodshed in that town. Best we have alshabaab in Kismayo by the sound of it, but there are elements in alshababa that draws the attention of the World to the town therefore an international war
