Well you can ask the residents of Mogadisho but what if they say lets keep the capital or lets not keep it
i mean capital is a place that belongs to all of the citizens of the country.
Parliament is the legitimate Representative institution of the people of Somalia they should decide.
or do you want the council of Mogadisho to decide it?
mise waxad rabta in suuqa bakaraha lala dhex maro micrifoon oo la yidha naaa cambaroo buuwow xamar caasimadu ma ahaata mise walaga badala ay tidha. Waleh anigu waxba kama qabo haday ahato iyo hadi laga qaado ba

Capital has to be in Xamar. Do we get a tuulo to represent our country?
I want Lido beach to represent us in post cards, not a mud hut in Garbaharey.

Greenday why not Galkacyo or bosaaso
to be honest i think xamar should remain the capital the oldest city in Somalia the biggest city in Somalia the city with the best temperature the city on the coast
Nothing stops xamar from being the capital. The National assembly of Somalia should be totally be rebuild like it was in the sixties my dad cousin was telling me about that few days ago he was the youngest Somali parliamentarian in 1968 he was only 27 years old at that time. The Parliament should vote for it and than write it down in the constitution the capital of somalia is xamar caday.

He wants to run for President in Somaliland i heard
but he used to be a Pan Somalist in the sixties
But xamar should remain the capital
Greenday u want to turn xamar into a Mudulood Kingdom
Galkacyo is red sand wa dhul inkaaraan
Hawada xamar is 10 times better than galkacyo no one wants to live in galkacyo not even abdiwahaabs kin

Shirib wrote:Going forward post transition, how do you see a Federal Banadir Administration?
What kind of issues should the federal administration be addressing. Key issues include security, economy, health, education?
What are the most important politcal issues, and how will power sharing be administered. What will the relationship be with the Federal government?
What are the borders for a Banadir Admin? Will Xamar be part of it, all of it, parts of it? Shabeelada Dhexe? Shabeelada Hoose?
Most importantly how will it garner the support and trust of the people both internally and within the diaspora?
Add anything else inshallah.
I'm a greater believer in "Banadir Administration" and I mean MASSIVE believer in it, whether it happens or not, Allahu 'aclam, inshaAllah it does and it will be for the better.
Instead of it been 3 different region coming under Banadir Administration, I think we should make it into 2. Like, Middle Shabelle joins with North Mogadishu and etc, and Lower Joins with Southern Mogadishu etc, if not then it would have to be Bay joining with Lower Shabelle, because Middle Shabelle has no-one to join and will definitely not join with reer-koraad (sorry) and would definitely prefer Mogadishu. Then, we should definitely make 'Greater Banadir forum' and that will be mainly the ''Shabelle's'' and they'll invite Mogadishu too. 'Greater Banadir forum' will focus on agriculture as that is what they are best known for, and they will look into ways of harnessing each others regional capabilities and better dialogue etc. Again, I really like the idea of some parts of Xamar being under the Banadir administration rather than all of it, I think there should be a small zone which is federal area.
Sharing will be on representation, those who lived there the longest and have the largest population will be represented. We all know who they are, and it will be a very diverse lot and very interesting! The most important political issue is representation, and been able to speak for that region specifically! It also has to be fair, everyone should feel included etc.
I think when people see something being done, trust will come, but if it is just talk and no action, then I doubt anything beneficial will come from it.
Ilahay khair haa ka dhigo, and something that will bring people together. iA
