I noticed if you make chores like cleaning & even cooking for yourself habits early enough in your life, it never becomes an issue later on. I've lived on my own since I was 18, don't remember the last time any woman cleaned my bathroom or vacuumed my place, washed my clothes or cooked for me. Even if my sisters offer to come over & help out, I decline, I've grown so used to doing it myself all these years, it comes naturally. It should be even more so for any woman who plans to be a mother someday. Rely on yourself first, it feels good.

Shit is easy, stop being so damn lazy, gabdho.

i wonder when and how cooking became part of the bargaining when it comes to starting a new family. I personally don't care about her cooking skills as long as we have a common goal - survive together as one. Anyone marrying for the kitchen chores is actually looking for a maid with benefits (mating).

Fah - We just started intern year, PGYs are behind me. Btw, thanks for adding me on LinkedIn, forgot to message you. Not married, yet. I'm in a long-term relationship, though. We're just working out last minute stuff. Adiga, how's work? Did you start your grad program? How d'you manage to have a whopping number on your LinkedIn? Walahi, I barely have time to search anyone, closed my fb too. Not a sociable person here.

You're risking ending up with acid reflux with poor eating habits.

What sort of dishwasher soap did you use? If you use the liquid kind for washing dishes by hand, it will always flood. Make sure you use dishwasher soap in powder or gel form.

How's life? Are you still in Qatar?
