the questions you asked me were right. the prophet and the sahaba are not alive therefore they cannot answer your supplications etc. tawheed is something that is installed into the innature of the human being. it is common sense that a dead person cannot relive you of any difficulty, neither can one who is alive if it is outside of his abilities. Only Allah answers our duas and it is only Himself that He asks us to supplicate towards.witheredfleur wrote:I would have agreed before tonightabakar20 wrote:witheredfleur, religion is simple

Sheeko! I dislike men who remotely speak like females, lack deep voice, who've those shapeless fingers/hands, or have female tendencies. One who dresses like a female will most likely make me go homicidal.

Oh Dear....as i was feeling I was the dumbest one to ask certain questions!
Alla maxay tidhi...nin dharka dumarkaa xidhaa gay maahan? hadaa muxuu yahey? kaba darane maxey tidhi 'he gave me some of lipsticks'
sure.
I work with some gays and they like me a lot...but I try not to get close to them. sometimes they hug me when there is celebration or party or something going on at work. I hugged them back thinking they are no men anyway.
naa maxaad tidhi gurigiisaan tagey
well, anyway nin naag dhar xidhaa waa gay. hadaa guursatidna waa inaad aids iska jee gareysaa.
But dacwad sii bilaa Ilaahey hadee. laakiin heysku guursan!

Re: I'm obsessed
You are advocating for cross-dressers and you are finger pointing at sufis. How novel!
I wonder whether people like Teamo and Abobaker would chose to chase a crossdresser out of a mosque or Abubakarsubeer for sufims
as it stands now, they are both after Abuubakar while the crossdresser is sitting next to TeAmo with a bag of lipstick!
priority in order or disorder at this particular time. No wonder whereever we have puritanist things concentrate on digging up the graves and cutting of hands for trivial matters.

Re: I'm obsessed
Zulaika I'm not lying I said Wallahi. Islamically this is wrong but he's not practicing so yeah. And in society people have the freedom to do as they please. I will not judge him and he isn't gay. I really think he is a cool guy/girl and I enjoy his/her company and just coz snetters say this is wrong doesn't mean I will stop talking to him/her he/she is my friend and he/she is a cool guy/girl that I like being around even though what his doing is not something you do in Islam and how many of you guys have friends that do something that goes against Islam or your culture? I'm sure I'm not the only one. Anyway he/she is just one of those people that lift up your mood when your feeling downzulaika wrote:are u serious or just tryna stir up reaction here? i'm sure you know how wrong what you said is...so let's hope you're simply having fun getting a rise out of folks here..TeAmo wrote:With drag queens and men who wear make upI have an Indian friend at my work place who secretly likes to dress up like a woman. Daiman yes what the guy does is wrong and if I had a choice I would chase the crossdresser out not Abuukar and my personal views have nothing to do with this thread. This thread isn't about Islam/Sufism or what I think is right or wrong. When I'm chilling with the guy my personal views don't come in. I told him what his doing is haram once and he said it is how he is born it's something he cant help and that is the last time I brought my personal views in when socialising with him. Don't you have friends that go against the deen maybe a hindu friend? A christian? A jew? A gay? So what is the difference between this guy I'm friends with and your non Muslim friends since they are all doing something which goes against your beliefs?

TeAmo,
Huuno, I do not chill with openly homosexual men. Yes, I work with them and they like my personality, I even hugged them (back), they helped me at work, I have been nice and kind to them ( those who needed my help in other times), but I would never have any contacts with them outside the work-place. That is all where it stays. Homosexuality is not a mere sin, it is a faaxishah. And when someone says openly that they practise this kind of faaxisha they are making big statements. They are saying 'God made us this way'. I asked question about this in the extreme section.
I am not God, but I will not associate myself deliberetly with people qomulood. Fanacuudu bilaah.
as for my personal opinion. yes, I am friends with people who have different opinion than mine inlcuding other somalis and Muslims, but that does not mean I will be sitting in a bar or pub with a bunch of Muslims who drinks alcahol or sitting in a bar with anyone.
and to be honest with you, once or twice somali women told me they went out with men ( la seexdeen) or admitted that they drink alcahol, I refused to show them where I live or associate with them.
You see my religion is my way of life. I cannot often differentiate my opinion from the Islamic way. Yes, I make mistakes. My mistakes are often something to do with my desire or confusion but NEVER my own personal opinion. There is not personal opinion matters like this. they are black and white. Have you never heard of the hadith that says ' xumida reeb hadaad reebi weydana qalbiga ka nac'. we cannot do anything about such faaxishah which is encouraged in the media in where we live, but we should not associate ourselves with that. hoosta ka nac. waa maxey ' I chill out with him iyo lipstikiis baan qaatey'
...and stop defending the defenceless. nin dhar naag xidhey is gay. Of course, maan ogi waxu uu sameyo in his private time, but do not you think wearing womens' clothes waa fitnah itself?
I would say your personal opinion is bidcah!
