Ever heard of a false equivalent? Enough said. Besides, my posts after my first response have been a response to the calaalcal witnessed as a result of my first relavant post which said peace brings travel and intermixture of Somalia's people and people from northwest regions are not immune to this.
Have you? Anyway, as long as money is being made it's all good

Of course, but there must not be capital flight. The Somali Finance Ministry needs to look at this carefuly and even bring to order a company like Dahabshiil that gets 75% of its money from Somalia. There should be taxes on companies and people registered outside Somalia and mechanism to leverage capital made in Somalia to be circulated within Somalia.
Peace = Somali Government = Power to Regulate

Definitely, we know how multinational companies like Dahabshiil can cripple a local economy

Dahabshiil is a "small business" by the American standards of the terminology you are attempting to use. Even so, when a company like Dahabshiil is forced to choose between adhering Somalia including registering there and Somaliland which would not stand it, which do you think they will pick? And you must realize Dahabshiil does not produce good, companies like Dahabshiil are "facilitators"; they are easily replaced and their position is always subject to being overtaken by competition.
I can build an enterprise today that can overtake any facilitator enterprise in Somalia.
Somaliland by economic reasonings alone is untenable with a reforming Somalia.

can you believe that plot I purchased in Jaziira for mere 1200 now is worth 5k in matter of months. And this is shabeelaha hoose we talking about.
How do you go about purchasing property in Xamar?
Did you get someone to do it for you?
How do you also make sure you're not conned?
xamar is shit and too expensive. Jaziira is where all the qurbojoogs will soon settle.
in order to purchase, first you have to have contacts on the ground i.e family and trust friends.
secondly, you have to know what you're buying whether it's worth the cost, the location, and more importantly if the seller is the legal owner. There has been alot of looted property that people are putting in the market. You have to make sure you don't get tricked into buying this and later have to deal with real owners. After all the above are satisfied, you have to make sure you get your papers and get the property registered through the local government.

What you mean it is ok haaday joogaan since when did Isaaq need a permission to live in Mogadishu from Darood? yaab badana daadkan. When you
were fleeing to Kakuma and Utanga refuge camps, i know some Isaaqs who were actually living in Mogadishu until in the 2000.

That rules it out then.
Djibouti, hargeisa and jigjiga,
I know no family of mine outside these 3 cities.
You need to have connections on the ground so maaha?

Your theory has more holes than a swiss cheese but we are nice people and wont dwell on them. If you think that Somalia is rising then all the best but it has no bearing on Somaliland as you would like to have us believe. On the other hand your people who are under the heel of al-shabab need a stable Somalia like oxygen. We are not in the same boat my friend. We Somalilanders are light years ahead of whats happening in the south and are chasing what would to you and all the other Somalis be classed as the impossible goal. But then again we are the same people who brought down your last government and the reason why boli qaran stopped. You can hate us, just dont insult our intelligence by hiding your bitterness behind fancy words. Your very transparent and we hear you loud and clear.
btw, your president can be Abgal or Godane Isaaq.
My president is me
