you are right, The only Harti clan that actually wanted to have anything to do with this government are the dulbahante and i believe that they should have got it, but then again they had to give it to an MJ, and from i heard the finance minister dude is a close friend of the president and that it was the president that put the request for his homie to run the countries finance.
