My stance on the Kenyatti designs on Somalia is clear. I oppose it. My support now is to get rid of Kenyan nationals masquerading as Somali nationals and their Kenyan backers from Somalia proper. Yusuf Haji and Co. need to focus on the disaster which befell Garissa and the millions of dollars in damage caused by the KDF.

I have my issues with Xasan Garguute but at the end of the day he is the President of Somalia and a Somali. If you want to support the annexation of Somali territorial lands and waters to Kenya just to spite Garguute or HAwiye, then you are a short term thinking clown. Garguute is in office for 4 years but don't squander your children's future inheritance well that is assuming you are a Somali from Somalia proper not a Ethiopian or Kenyan.

Abdiwahab252, the two entities need each other. If the Absame & Crew refuse to deal with the government then were back to square one, and if Culusow does not show flexibility he will have no clout in that area of the country.

Saxiib, the entire approach was flawed from day #1 which was to adopt the Kenyan strategy of creating a Kenyan proxy in Jubbaland. Then the second mistake came in the whole mamuul goboleed formulation with too much Kenyan intereference, lack of representation of other NonAbsame natives of the area. The third mistake was to publically confront the FG in Mogadishu. Today, the whole Kenyan backed mamuul that Madoobe is pushing has become toxic to most Somalis who view it as an encroachment on SOmali sovereignity and a ploy to seize SOmali territorial waters that KEnya wants to drill oil in.
