There isn't much to invest into. Small market of only 150,000 inhabitants. Probably a few khat dealers came into the city to set up shop after Al Shabab's departure.

Ti.......Bosasso 1995 was less than 30,000....today it has a population well over 500,000.
Kismayo has much more potential.....the Jubba valley is home to millions and has the most water and fertile land in Somalia.

The last 20 years has been wasted....now the land is in the hands of the rightful owners I expect the region to boom.
Hassan sheikh et al instead of trying to sew discord among the people, they should be facilitating J/Land.

"Jubbaland" as a whole is only home to a little over a million people. Not millions. Please don't become another one of those "numbers out of their ass" Somalis. I respect you

And Bosaso isn't well over 500K. We are in the era of Google Maps. It looks much smaller than Xamar on Google Maps and Xamar isn't even that big, with sources putting it at 2 million people. If Bosaso is 500K, Xamar is 5 million and that is simply not the case
