Oliveoil, Ilahay walaalka ha caafiyo laakin you should consider the lack of proper helath care in any of the places mentioned.
I've been to Jigjiga and Hargeisa both are recommendable. You have nothing to worry about in Hargeisa there are alot of so-called dhaqan celis kids in all age group from all clans attending private schools.

It is a tie between Boorame and Hargaisa! We will see. Thnx abaayo. I trust ur opinion if u have seen both Hargaisa and Jigjiga.

I dont know about kismaayo but xamar is peaceful my siblings are there right now for the first time of their lives.

Xamar. It's a big city and it's safe. So many relatives and countless family have moved back and I still haven't heard any complaints. Hargeisa amd Borama are ideal I suppose.

I would advise against Hargaisa, big towns aren't always the best places to raise kids and this is also third world we are talking about, scope out Borama and Caabudwaaq safe places if you can afford a decent home there.

kids would be completely bored out of their mind and I'm pretty sure they'd hate it. Other than learning the Quran, I don't see how else they'd benefit and I don't think missing out on school and falling back a year would be worth it.

A Muslim country where they could still go to school and learn Quran would be a better alternative.
