Hargeisa was Ciidagale/Arap/Isaxaaq city and still is. Berbera was originally Sacad Muuse city and now it is Cisse Muuse/HY. Ceerigaabo is Gadhweyn
county nobody can come near it > Only eastern HY are allowed to be mayors in this city, that is why I have extra respect for the eastern HY they
don't take any prisoners and crush bugs wa rag adag. As for Burco it is a HY city. West Burco city

So basically the police commander got changed and reer burco did a protest against it nothing wrong with that's the way to go about it if you not happy about something that the government did u have to protest but did someone died did the police again killed an innocent bystander ? By the way that commander was only there for a year why change it again doesn't make any sense .
