I believe these men were homosexual, they took advantage of this vulnerable foreigner to fulfil their forbidden desires. This has nothing to do with women covering up, homosexuality is a global phenomenon. You can think of it as just as there are straight people who rape, there are also homosexuals who rape. There is no reason for you to insult the hijab
no. sexual repression is a serious problem. even if you want to discount this rape, you still have to deal with the reality that the nations who view the most GAY PORN are repressive muslim countries like Pakistan.

sexual attraction is natural and covering your women in tents because you think sexual desire is an immoral thing leads to bad side effects. the most glaring being increased homosexual tendencies in the male population. saudi arabia and pakistan being the best examples.

Because they are horny straight men. Horny straight men get whatever they want—no questions asked.
Do you think Gay men would rape a woman if they felt horny.... or would they be disgusted at the thought/prospect of having sex with a woman?
there are many gay men who are married to women. and have sex with men on the side because of the social stigma around homosexuality. its called being on the DL (down low). very prevalent in the black american community.

they don't even know what women look like. all they know are the men around them. thus they come to lust after them. look at Afganistan and its "dancing boys" culture.

these male-centric societies that try to hide female sexuality from the public sphere are raising a generation of homosexuals.

There's no proven correlation between women wearing hijab and homosexuality yet you continue to claim that women covering up is the problem. Were women made to be naked so niggas "Don't turn" gay? Besides what happened to your ancient claim that people were born gay? Women covering up is hardly the problem. These arabs are homos and Islam is not to be blamed. 4% of the U.S population is gay. I wonder why we we'd have 10million gays in a place like the U.S.A where women are practically naked.
you seem to think human sexuality is just straight or gay, when the reality is its more complex. there are people attracted to both. there are people attracted to neither. and everything in between. so there some people that can lead their whole lives as straight but then become gay and vice-versa.

our issue with the arab/wahabi cultural obsession with trying to cover women in bed sheets is that it suppresses natural male sexual desire and forces it to instead be expressed in rather damaging ways. the violent gay sexual assaults being one example. the obsession with gay porn being another.

look at the american prison complex. i assume homosexuals are not more likely to be criminals and to fill up american prisons, however, there is a large number of gay rapes that occur in prison. part of it is to release natural sexual urges that are not satisfied with the lack of women. this is what the arabs/wahabis are pretty much doing to their entire male population. they're turning entire countries into prisons and then they wanna be surprised why men are raping other men.

If they are being 'repressed' from their 'natural' state of being attracted to women, natural—connoting innate and intrinsic, then why would they need to know what a woman looks like? If they were straight, they would watch straight porn.

What's burning homophobes like you in the inside is the subconscious refusal to accept these men as gay, they are not 'repressed' or other contortions of reality that you come up with. Also, it would kill you to admit they 'naturally' are attracted to men, using the word natural yet failing to explain how they are naturally attracted to women if they're not and are in fact watching gay porn. They could easily watch straight porn.

What do you mean by sexual repression... so you mean that people should be allowed to engage in fornication? Practising chastity is not repression but purification. The failure comes from modern day parents and new practices that have developed which leads to sexual repression. Ideally Boys and girls should be married off early if they should wish so, and finishing their education or having a certain amount of savings should not be made a condition on them. Delaying marriage ever more has led to all sorts of perversions.
complete bullshit. sex is as natural as breathing and eating. unless you want children being married at 15, trying to connect sexual abstinence with purity is ridiculous. there is a reason we all become sexually mature when we do. its because we evolved to have sex at that time. people 100,000 years ago did not live to be 30-40. they died in their 20s. so if we wanted to continue to replenish our population, humans had to procreate at 15. that is why we have our sexual maturation at that age.

as you pointed out the world has changed. 15 is much too young to be getting married. now what do we do with a world full of teenagers brimming with hormones telling them to have sex. repression? tell them sex is evil? cover the girls in bed sheets? now I agree that teenage pregnancies and sexual transmitted diseases are bad and we should be concerned, but i don't think sexual abstinence is the answer or even healthy. what should happen is that children should be educated on sex and its dangers. but they should also be given the tools to practice it safely if they choose to do so.

you can't fight nature. and we are sexual creatures by 15 years of age.

some of the men might be gay, but you seem to refuse to believe that sexual repression can lead to homosexual behavior in men that are not "gay" in the classical sense. I'll simply ask you this. Are men who rape other men in prison also gay? or do you agree that a majority of them are led to this behavior because of the sexual repression that exists in prison with the lack of women available?

Spot on. In America with the most beautiful women in the world walking around naked people are still fags, has nothing to do with how they cover up.
the existence of gays in america does not disprove the theory that alot of the gay sexual behavior seen in arab/wahabi countries could be a product of sexual repression in those countries. there will always be gay or straight people in a community. but there will also be many who can move inbetween both groups. places like prison and wahabi nations can have the effect of making large numbers of men who might naturally be straight commit gay sexual acts because of the sexual repression that is rampant.
