Enough to make a substantial contribution to the local gene pool. Most Palestinians along with Lebanese, Jordanians and Syrians are peoples of the Levant anyway, so they're quite light compared to real Arabs anyhow.
They're Phoenicians by origin and became Arabized by the Ghassanids, a group of Arab tribes from Yemen that arrived in the Levant in the early 3rd century. The Ghassanids conquered the Levant, converted from Arab paganism to Christianity and established a Christian Arab Kingdom that became a vassal state to the Byzantine Empire.
