So basically your admitting you flip flopped. i can bring forth your argument against the less than two provinces no federal state you use to say prior to this. Than what is going to stop from Xamar becoming its own federal state or even Khatumo becoming a Federal state? Somalis first need to grasp what a Federation of states are than we can talk about setting up a federal system.

From what I'm hearing, Hawiye is adamant on obtaining 3 federal states. The practicality argument for the 1 and a half region Galmudug federal state will be used as a precedent to circumvent the limitations of the constitution for the two remaining federal states.

If this is true, it explains why Hawiye mps left their regions un-federalized till now
