My calool is getting smaller ladies..I think if I stick to my strict and exercise routine I will get my flat tummy back in no time! Be patient ..I am more motivated now because I actually see a difference. Also I've noticed my booty is becoming smaller I flat chested so my badhi is all I have ..I've incorporated booty sculpting exercises into my routine and now my badhi is more toned YAY! Anyway hope all is well with you 2 ...keep it up :)

Missbonita - You are already seeing figure changing results? wow good for you :up: . I don't see a figure change on myself. I think i am gaining weight. I am not worried about it though i think I am just gaining muscle . I can't wait to see a difference. right now the difference i feel is that I just feel stronger. alhumdulillah

For week 8 I worked out 3 times


My Goals for Week 9 : My goal is to work out 3 times this week. And work on curving my sugar cravings. I need to substitute it with something more healthy

I hit the jack pot. I found something healthy and yummy for my cravings :stylin:

I mix coco powder, carob powder, raw organic honey, coconut oil, coconut flakes and almond flakes together put it on a tray and fridge it. I take it to work. i am so very pleased. it has caffeine I am a lit sensitive to that but this just so good. Yummy. score . score . SCORE hurray!

S.S keep at it sis ..the hard work will all be worth it Insha'Allah. That recipe sounds amazing but chances of me trying it out are slim to none ..I'm out here slaving I eat frozen grapes or pomegranate seeds to curb my cravings ..sometimes it hits the spot and when it doesn't I reach for a snickers bar ..life is too short lol

Hi Miss Bonita and DD,

I didn't have goodweek. My knee is hurting so I am resting it for awhile. I don't know if it's from my job or gym or weather I haven't been the gym i think since Sunday. So i think i only worked out once.

Also my about new treat :( I had so much of it last night I stayed up in until about 3:00am :lol: I need to replace the caffeine. I am so silly. Ah you live and you learn.

Hey girls, have you gotten a nice ass yet ? I hope none of you have stretch marks. I have never seen a Somali girl work hard in the gym, although I have seen plenty of hijabis, Horners, arabs etc but Hey keep at it girls, you go girls. :)

S.S saxiib sorry to hear about your knee, I had knee issues for a bit when I started hitting the gym but it turned out I was doing squats wrong..so watch your form and make sure u get in some good stretches before and after your work outs xx

i'll rewatch a squat video.

I don't stretch. i just do yoga once or twice a week and thought that was enough. I will try stretching

The gym has been delayed long enough. Tomorrow I will go back to the gym.

Took up walking started 4 weeks ago now i walk 5 miles a day and go swimming every evening.. Been eating three small meals no snack no eating after 5:00 drinking slimmate tea for detox purpose

Lost grand total of 10kgs ..30 to go

Well done ladies.

Very positive feeds.

I think girls exercising needs to be encouraged in our culture. When you consider no gym and office work with the added advantage of hiding all that under a cabayad. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to work out the end result..

Simply. Take it up better than the gym plan your route so it changes up blasting out music never knew it was addictive

So when u gna start exercising sky bidaar plus calool on a guy aint a good look

I been boxing from the age of 15 and still go gym 2 1/3 hours everyday bar Sunday. You must have me mistaken honey..
