Happened here.Ask the mods.Two other Canadians and i showed the same internet address.I believe we all live close to each other.

From what little I know about computers, that's still impossible. Even if you are all in the same network provider and live in the same city, each one of you would have a unique IP. The first few digits might be similar, but it would still be unique.
