Kenyan English accents vary from region to region depending on their African mother tongue, Kswahili is not actually the base of African Kenyan accents. If you have lived in Kenya for a longtime when a Kenyans speaks Kswahili and English you can know where in Kenya they r from.

Yes accents differ regionally but young people brought up in Nairobi mostly speak either simple Kiswahili or english. When I play that clip without looking at the screen she sounds like some regular local college debate club member, she's only speaking quickly because she is nervous.

Every Kenyan knows elite political families like the Mois & Kenyattas own & run Kenya, ofcourse the real amount of their wealth & property is never accounted for on "wealthiest Kenyans lists" because of corruption. Oshwal, Premier academy are special schools that are built for Indians, there are also Islamic academies, there is one Swedish School for Swedish students living in Kenya, there are a couple of French schools for French people, there are Chinese schools for Chinese students...you get the point.
Kenya's top highschools are National Schools that are owned by the government & only pick the best students Nationally that get the best KCPE exams points, these include Starehe, Kenya High, Moi High, Alliance, Pangani & Lenana High, among many others I can't all mention. Then there are top private academies like Riara Academy & University owned by a rich african Kenyan family, Strathmore & Kianda owned by Catholics & many others owned by african Kenyans & churches.
Regarding Universities & collages the top collages are run by the government & african Kenyans. Top colleges include Utalii College Zetech College, KIM & national polytechnics & training schools all owned by african Kenyans or the government.
The top University in Kenya is Nairobi University, this is the university Kenyans dream of joining but only a few are selected, it is owned by the government. The next best university is Kenyatta University owned by the government, other government universities include Moi University, JKUAT among hundreds, these universities have campuses in every district.
The best private university is USIU owned by an international organization, followed by Strathmore University, CUEA among hundreds others owned by rich african Kenyans.

Who controls hospitals, media(nation and standard), cement, steel furniture and property, pharmaceutical sector? Who owns whole industrial area? Who owns ETZ?

Kenya's major hospital is Kenyatta hospital run by the government, the next major hospital is Nairobi Hospital its very expensive to be treated there but its the best.
The king of Kenyan media is S.K Macharia since he almost completely owns his media company that includes hundreds of indigenous language radio-stations for all Kenyans & the widely nationally watched Citizen TV. Standard is owned by the Moi family.
Nation was founded by Aga Khan but ownership is shared in stocks in the Nairobi stock exchange no one is stupid enough to say Indians own companies like Nation, the CEO of Nation is Linus Gitahi. K24 is owned by Kenyatta, KBC is owned by the government.
Here are all the major cement companies you will find news & information on all companies including ownership & management. Again all major cement companies are owned by african kenyans. The government also plays a role in this industry. The same goes for furniture, property, pharmaceutical etc
Indians have invested in Kenya like everyone else but because you are prejudiced you want to only focus on Indians. They may have rented some land to build afew auto-spare parts stores in Industrial area but no sane person would say they own Industrial area. Kikuyus own Nairobi & most businesses & property, this is something every Kenyan knows & complains about. Almost 100% of landlords in the Nairobi metropolitan region are Kikuyus.
