My view on the issue stands uniform. Military action against the Ogaden militants is well overdue. If Isaaqs take up their arms and start sending hundreds of arms from SL, the Ogaden masters will panic fearing yet another front that was once stable and an ally.

They have no choice but to confine these Ogaden militants within Ogaden area to chase Ogadens, which was the whole purpose Meles created them.

I also support SL to close the border until the Federal gov in Addis Ababa takes more tough and immediate action. Thus far our leaders are on the job and I have full faith in them. The Ogaden militants have been removed but more permanent action is required.

No profit comes into SL from Ethiopia.

The federal army has been on the ground in Gashaamo for almost a week now. One of the senior generals arrived in Gashaamo to investigate the 21 mostly women and children killed by the Ogaden ONLF/Liyuu police using the Ethiopian shirt.

It is true that they kidnapped elders and nomads, which the federal army freed.

The ONLF/Liyuu militia have been removed and taken to Marsin. The federal army ordered them not to pass that area until told otherwise.

The investigating team have unearthed the mass graves dug there by the Ogaden militia.

The army was told by Liyuu that they had clashed with armed groups and they were illegal forces/terrorists but the army discovered the bodies of women and children.

No final decision or out come has came out but it is official the federal army has taken over security too.

They also freed the two vehicles; khat and the one that clashed with the ambulance. They are in Gashaamo.

The locals have welcomed the federal army. Some people fled the area and the federal army requested that they return back to carry on with their lives.

Talks are still ongoing as a diplomatic measures.
