Thanks walaal, have to dig in to check what the muhaddithunhave said about its chain.

The hadith makes perfectly sense and if you apply it to the ICU, one can notice that the phrase "will leave intelligent men among them confounded" problably refers to Sheikh Shariff Sheikh Axmed et al.
