You're numbers are off, and you are confusing some of the small bantu groups in southern Somalia with the Rahanweyne. The Rahanweyne are essentially ethnic Somali and speak Somali. The number of coastal Rer xamar people of Arabic descent is fairly high, but the vast majority of these populations are totally assimilited - in practical terms they too are ethnic Somali. The numbers of people who are not ethnic Somali living in Somalia are very small. Certainly a lot less than 10%. Somalia is by far the most homogenous country in East Africa.
Why are the rahanweyn considered Somali?
What questions? You can't put the most noble clan in Somaliadown ,but you may harbour envious grudge, which is tolerable. I finger pointed the originality of your sources.
Dhuasa, If you don't believe the fact, no one would care, but I don't like the hyprocricy to pretend you know enough only to debase beliefs and revered customs. You are being iconoclast.
Sources what sources? I have not read the mentioned book.
I did not bring any new facts or evidence, all i did was a ask a couple of simple questions.
