Why do u think that u merehans had power for 21 yrs?
It was only because of hardcore Haber Gider support especially sacad support, it is not surprising that the somali national army consisted manly of Haber Gider and most officers in the somali defense force were Haber Gider.
Who do u think tamed the Mj rebellion in central somalia in the early 1980s-----sacad and saleebaan soldiers under the somali national defense force.
By the day when said barre armed and supported Mj thugs to commit genocide agianst 7, 000 sacad, saleebaan and serur civilians was the last straw that Haber Gider would take.
Even when reer wargdhac saw the massive genocide committed by the Mjs with the support of siad barre, they joined sacad and saleebaan rebel militias to to fight along dem.
I can tell u when sacad forces took over Mogadishu, the main targets were Mj men and also dhulbaante and and merehans, however we made sure that no warghac person was killed. Sacads and saleebaans were only after Mj, leeklase and dhulbaante While ceyr and the rest of hawiya only wanted merehan blood.
I heard this real life stroy that some sacad reer ferela militias in south Mogadishio found out that the abgaals were attacking this reer wardhac men, then the sacad's went there in a sec and told the abgaals to leave the warghac men alone and that no one can touch there money or property.
Remeber that the sacads were just after Mjs early in the cival war while the rest of hawiya want merehan blood.
Galia Were you in Mogadischu in 91? Or 92? The place was totally, completely trashed. The entire infrastructure of the city was destroyed, and you are celebrating it like it was a great victory. You are one focked up b!tch.
We had somali at our feet, the Mjs were begging us to be part of our new goverment, the merehans accpeted defeat and even the hard headed Isaacs came to us, the guy that founded somaliland we made him the prime minister in our new goverment.
But there was one problem, only the donkey Abgaals refused, and they wage war on us on the grounds that we did not belong in Mogadisio and they came up with the stupid idea to kick fresh Haber GIder settlers in Mogadishio.

If you believe this, I have a bridge in Minneapolis to sell you.
The Majertain were not begging you for anything. The Isaac left Somalia in 91 with no intention of coming back, and make no mistake, the SNM was much better organized and led than the USC-Aideed faction. The Isaac did not "come to you". Egal thought Aideed was scum, and said so (and he was right).
In fact, given the geographic limitations, it is very unlikely that the USC-Aideed militia (subsequently titled the SNA) could have defeated the SSDF under Yusuf.....which would have made the issue of attacking the SNM moot.
After the second battle of Afgooye, and the routing of the Somali National Army under Morgan (and it's associated destruction of the Rahanweyne food and water resources in Bay) the USC-Aideed faction had some non-Haber Gedir support among the Galjel and among Jess' SPM and that's it.
Do you just like to spout off for the fun of it, or do you actually have a focking clue? Because right now, you sound like someone who does not know what they're talking about.
Walahi Mad mac when said barre was kicked out, meles phoned farah aidid and asked him what to do with AY locked up in ethiopia, where Farah said let him be free, then AY came to farah begging to be part of the new somali goverment in which farah refused him to be included.
Farah aidid choose that guy who founded somaliland as the prime minister in he's goverment and every somali clan accepted Farah adidid's goverment accept the DONKEY abgaals, they were jealous of us sacads have so much power and influence, they kept saying how could this small tribe from Mudug assume power, fcuk that shiit
What makes you think Meles asked Aideed? Meles quickly recognized Aideed to be trouble. He released Yusuf to help form a Majertain counter-weight to the the Haber Gedir. You think anyone liked or respected Aideed? Think again. Nobody ever begged Aideed for shit. You are greatly overestimating Aideed's stature.

Would you care to be more specific than "that guy"????
Furthermore, you don't seem to see any problem with other clans (and it was not only the Abgal) to have objections to the Sa'ad dominating a future Somali government. Such objections were completely legitimate. The Sa'ad WERE a small clan disproportionately represented in the SNA.
After Tur was out of the political equation in Somaliland, he exploited an opportunity to be a Haber Gedir lackey. Don't think for a minute it was anything other than opportunism on both sides.
