Somali Bantu are as somali as you and me brah, I don't know where the hostility comes from? Wasn't it jareer that gave somali's a home in kenya when somali's were butchering each other? Leave somali bantus, they are better than some so called ethnic somali's, they know law, order and how to be human.

I don't understand how Bantus can hate all Somalis. I'm from the North and I never even heard of them until the internet. They have to understand that there are many, many Somalis who don't know who the Bantus are.

LOL. Yes, its just me and you tonite. A lot of African countries run by Bantus (Rwanda, Congo, Liberia, Kenya, Zimbabwe) have corrupt leaders and have gone through civil wars that were very brutal. To denounce my Somali ethnicity because of the current political situation, sounds like a weak thing to do. This is the worst time in our nation's history, however we will and shall come out of it better than before. We just have to be realistic and look out for our own interests rather than outside interference.

looool...How funny you bring up that issue. I'm reer Baardheere sxb, and I know of those clashes in the '80s between Marexaan and Ogadeens in the Serninley/Baardheere area which are Marexaan towns. These clashes were between some heardsmen, geeljires and the Gov had no involvement in them whatsoever. Marexaan were in Xamar during the Kacaan and after the regime fell did they come to the Jubba areas in big numbers.

If you want I can post the whole piece here. The article was about afmadow district which is near jilib and not gedo(bardhere) if i'm not mistaken, and the government does get involved in favor of marehan. I hope you don't take criticisms against MSB as a criticism against marehan.

Yes all those countries have gone through a civil war, but they all have reconciled their differences. The somali's have no desire to unite.
