seems their are many issaq doing business in bosasso.

i use to see convoys of dozens of trucks passing through las anod,heading west.when i asked whoose trucks,and where they were going,i was told issaq heading for gabiley.apparently it was more profitable for them to conduct their business throught bosasso,and truck hundreds of miles,than use berbera.

why is this so?surely it makes sense to lower taxes in berbera port,make it attractive to somaliland businessmen.
