Actually Djbouti was always Pro Somali and wanted unification from what I've heard from a lot of elders who were diplomats in Djbouti in the '70s, '80s and the always said that Djbouti really wanted unification with Somalia but the French pressured the UN to make independence from Somalia a stipulation for Djbouti to gain independence and they relented. Either way it was a good move for them as they are not part of zoomalia today. Also it isn't smart to blame Djbouti a sovereign nation for allowing people to use their land to attack Somalia as Eithiopia uses Somalis in Somalia against each other and their presense is everywhere.

I am not questioning there may be ethnic Somalis from Djibouti but again why does Djibouti still operate in an unSomali manner by contributing to the harm of Somalia ?

Two ethnic Somali Presidents of Djibouti were in power when these aggressions have been occuring.
