Bossaso will become Top tier African city. Wallahi if there is significant oil found in puntland, we should seek independence.

Hargeisa and Djibouti
BTW Djibouti looks like a real freaking country, didn't have the time to take too many pictures.
I don't know that much about the Oil stuff, I only saw a big Exploration camp these Canadians made somewhere between Carmo and Bosaso with a lot of trucks and heavy machinery.

I haven't heard of pirates investing in Bosaso, but in Garowe I did they are mostly concentrated there.
Eyl is the piracy capital of the world and most people are from the Ciise Maxamuud sub-clan that do that stuff and when they get their money they usually invest it in Garowe. The richest man in Garowe (after Cadde Muuse of course) is probably a ex-pirate.
A funny story about pirates, when I was in Garowe I visited the library a few times and there use to work a guard for the library. He was a very poor man that probably made less than 100$ per month and worked almost over 12 hours a day.
He left his job for unknown reasons and was out of town for a while. And after a few weeks I see the same guy again, this time not working for the library getting super-minimum wage but he was driving around a freaking new white SUV and he was building a 3 story mansion. People said he and 3 other guys splited up 1,5 million USD!
