the 4.5 formula actually undermines DIR. we all know what clans are Dir and which are not ok Dir clans descended from Irir samaale and since isaaq ppl claim that they are banu hashim then how come they are classified as Dir and take seats from original Dir clans like Biyomaal ?

Dir is ( gaadsan, isaa, gadabursi, gurgure etc ..)

isaaq is not Dir therefore they dont fit in.
