Actually I found out from a reliable source that 'iska' is also used as a reflexive pronoun such as; yourself, herself, himself, itself.

e.g. Iskaagaa un aad u gaartey go'aan kas
You have reached that decision yourself.

So 'iska' in 'iska waran' is meant as yourself making it -tell me about yourself/how have you been
