Western Sanaag comes under Somaliland control, there's question about that.
However, far Eastern Sanaag is no mans land.
Even degmeda Las Qorey is partly in the hands of Somaliland.

eastern sanaag, and some parts of western sanaag is dominated by warsangali, while southern sanaag is dominated by naaleeye axmad.
