After almost 50 years of experimentation the Somali Republic failed, does that mean that:

- ex-British Somaliland and ex-Italian Somaliland should go their different ways and undo the union?
- That the blue and white Somali flag should be put in museum?
- Mogadishu city should lose its capital status?



Those 3 things are connected, either all 3 are undone or none is undone.

What is the purpose of keeping Mogdishu as a capital city? Don't you think the fact that it is the capital city is the main reason why it is extremely unstable? The capital should be moved even if it is for a temporary.......and no those things are not tied to Mogdishu being the capital at all. Both are working towards the dismantling and discrediting the Somalia we know.

- One (lali99) is discrediting and hating on union and wants to change it, which most probably is caused by clan hatred towards other clans in Somalia and ambitions of clan hegemony within ''Somaliland'' territory.

- The other (Somali-Boqor) is discrediting and hating on the capital and wants to change it, which most probably is caused by clan hatred towards those he sees as been dominant in that city and ofcourse clan ambitions (his dreams of Bosaso been capital).
