Trying to do the latter before accomplishing the first is like trying to walk before you can crawl. To start with, we need a Somali government formed in SOMALIA and not focking Ethiopia, Kenya or Djibouti hotels. These hotel governments are destroying any hope Somalis had of ever forming an actual government. By forming a government in SOmalia, it immediately eliminates so much influence foreign players would have over the way this government is formed and the way it will exist.

Somaliland and Puntland will always act averse to this unless one of their own people is chosen as president. And this will result in all the others not liking the government like with C/Yusuf. So you will always lose out 50% of Somalia's landmass.
