Don't underestimate a young team playing with confidence...LA is nervous now and OKC more than has their attention. Records are made to be broken, and OKC is too quick for the LA bigs to keep up with. I'm not saying OKC is a favourite now, but they're definitely able to beat LA and they know it now.

All the more reason LA is going to come out and beat them in Game 5.

LA underestimated OKC, thinking this would be a sweep.

At the end of the day, the Lakers have much more size and need to take advantage of that against OKC as they were doing in the early parts of Game 3 where LAL had the lead much of the game.

Durant will get his points, Westbrook will continue to kill old man Fisher as all PGs in the West have done the last few years, but the guys like Harden and Green won't be playing the same way on the road as they did at home.

I gotta agree with Yung here, Thunder has the momentum. They've made a statement in that last game.

Wade went nuts today, it really was Wade vs the Celtics in the 4th. The Celtics made a crazy come back and took the lead but the coach benched both Beasley and O'neal and put in Haslem and Anthony who chased down every ball giving Wade the chance to capitalize on almost every position.

Although the Bulls have the Cavs on the run right now, I still think the Cavs would take this game. The next two games in the night should be very interesting. Both Mavs and Nuggets have something to proof tonight.

Wow, the Spurs up on the Mavs 3-1!

As for the Nuggets they are in serious trouble. Nene Has NO HEART, and Boozer is taking His lunch money and then some in the paint. Milsap comes off the bench punks Kenyon, and picks up where Boozer left off

Fuck! I'm vexed about the OKC-LA game yesterday...it was retarded, the refs weren't even trying to hide the fact that they were calling it for LA the entire game....the Lakers basically had 8 players on the court the entire game (three of them were wearing referee shirts). Russell Westbrook got beat the fuck up everytime he drove to the cylinder and the rest of the Thunder were getting bodied too...what, did they have to get stomped on with timbz for the refs to call a foul?! There were points in the game where I couldn't tell if it was NBA or UFC. We'll see Thursday though, I have a feeling OKC is bringing it back to the Staples Center.

I didn't bother watching past the first Q, I knew where it was going
Speaking of referees, that homer color commentator for the celtics was annoying as hell. He was huffing and puffing everytime a call was went against Boston...How's David Stern tolerating that shit?

LOOL I know what you mean, "now they're just GIVING Beasley points!"..."foul?! WHO?! WHO FOULED HIM!?!"..."I know they're not gonna foul Dwyane Wade out, but this is just ridiculous!"  .

Weliba they're making a big deal in the NBA out of coaches and players criticizing refs after the game, and David Stern was saying he's putting his foot down on that. But I dunno how much of the colour-commentating they have an influence on...is it possible it also depends on the networks themselves, cuz you see different combos on different networks?

yeah bro...waan ka yaabay, I thought Chuck "Salami & Cheese" Swirsky was bad but this guy took it to another level, it was funny when he said "We're making dumb mistakes" or something like that
I know Stern may not be able to fine the announcers directly but he may be able to lean on the network to get the guy to tone it down...that is if Stern is worried about the integrity of the game, as he's claiming.

Youngfresh,

The Thunder just just their asses kicked with or without referee's helping the Lakers. The Laker Bigs, especially Gasol just went crazy and on offense Durant didn't have it, and Westbrook didn't play as well. I still think the Thunder will win game 6.

Skippa, the funny thing is, Boston had the better team and had a stranglehold on the series, so there was no need for the sideline support from dude. Even if David Stern doesn't have sole influence over the conduct of the announcers, I'm sure he could send a message loud and clear that they should at least appear impartial. He wasn't lying though, there was one play where "Super" Mario Chalmers blatantly grabbed KG's arm then fell back, and of course the ref called a foul on KG

Murax, it's true LA was dominating them from the opening tip, but that's all the more reason why the refs should've called fouls when the Thunder got fouled. LA came in there like men on a mission and did the damn thing, but it was obvious the refs had no interest in ref'n the game down the middle. The only thing left was for them to call a flagrant 2 on Scotty Brooks.

Wussup with Denver though?! They're all healthy, Utah is banged up, and somehow they're still down 3-1. These guys were being touted as possibly beating LA in the Western finals, and now they're struggling against Deron Williams' pick-and-pop with Kyrylo Fesenko

YoungFresh,

The thing is Sac-LA Game 6 was RIGGED, and Sac was robbed. The Thunder in My opinion just got badly outplayed and it wouldn't have made a difference in the game, if there were fouls called in the Thunders favor.

As far as the Nuggets, they're finished. While Carmelo Has earned My respect as being in the class or maybe even furthur than Dwayne Wade, the Nuggets bigs are getting MOLESTED inside. That Guy Fesenco is focking people up down there, throwing His body. Boozer Has been Kenyon Martin's Daddy, and Deron Has humilated Billups. Heck even friggin CJ Miles is outplaying JR Smith who's supposed to be their 3rd scorer. To Me He's nothing but a Jamal Crawford wannabe. But How about them Spurs???

As far as the Celts, they got no chance against the Cavs unless Lebron is really hurt.

Murax, you mean that game from back in '02 (I think)? That one was clearly fixed, I remember watching it with friends who were LA fans and they were even surprised at the calls against Sac-town. OKC did get outplayed xalay and couldn't buy a bucket, but they didn't need to be playing against the refs too.

I'm still baffled about the Denver Nuggets going missing. I think Melo is reconsidering whether that extension he signed was a good idea. On paper, they're a sick team but for some reason, they floppedin this series. I wanted to see Denver handle Utah cuz they were the only team that stood a chance against LA in the West. As for San Antonio, the big 3 (Duncan, Ginobili and sometimes Parker) bailed them out this series, and the other 3 (Jefferson, Blair and Hill) are also contributing ever since Pop called them out. When u have George Hill going off for almost 30 points, you're not gonna beat the Spurs. Believe it or not, I think the Mavs are still in it though. They have too many weapons and if they play hungry and like an animal backed into a corner, they can pull it off.

I dunno if Boston is gonna be a pushover against Cleveland either, with or without LeBron. Ray Allen is back to being a sharpshooter, KG is defending like the former DPOTY that he is, and Paul Pierce is making big plays while shooting a career-high from downtown...not to mention Rajon Rondo is undoubtedly playing better than all of them. These guys have a chance at a serious run this year if they play the way they played from the 3rd quarter of game 1 to the end of game 2 in the last series.

Youngfresh,

Yea, it sucks I want Denver to win over Utah and San Antonio. Both of those teams will probably get swept by LA or get beaten in like 5-6 games. Its all about matchups and Denver is the only team in the West that causes serious matchup problems for the Lakers. The second team that I thought could possibly give the Lakers trouble (Mavs) are also down. I'm sure LA is happy about the way those series are turning out. Gasol owns Gasol in the playoffs all the time, and Milsap cannot do what he does against Bynum. As for the Lakers, I do think they'll win game 6. They no the Thunder are for real, and I think they're gonna not play around in game 6. As long as they slow the Thunder's transition game, they'll be good because the Thunder cannot score in the halfcourt.

About the Celtics, I think the Cavs have too many weapons now. Mo Williams, Jamison, D West provide the firepower while Higgins, Shaq, Varejo, Ilguaskus provide the dirty work. Honestly speaking I don't think people give Lebron credit for how good He was even getting His team that far the past couple of years. I think now that He Has decent help, He'll win the championship.
