using the term "equally" so loosely is really ignorant, men and women aren't equal far from it ! is a tomato equal to an elephant(the man) Lol NO. but since you are an educated shemale i will say in your case it is possible again Lol. but under normal circumstances men and women are not equal in every sense and that is why we have been distinguished into females and males.

yes i will even go as far as to say men and women do not have equal rights but what we do have is overally balanced rights, You get the drift :ugeek:

now back to the coin, if men treat women incorrectly they are absolutely right to be more consevertive in their response but what i do not understand is the reason for this search for equality, this place reeks of it, and all it does is arouse me even more :|
Lool@ an educated

First of all, if you want to pour scorns on me, at least try 2 type the word Uneducated* right, Lol.

Secondly, all the gibberish you wrote in response to my post, have no grounds at all. Equality and gender difference cannot be interrelated. Given that, being from different gender does not distinguish the level of equality the 2 genders should get. Equality has nothing 2 do with gender difference nor the role each gender has. As male and female we have different roles in life, and we complete each other, but in Allah’s eyes we are EQUAL. Are you arguing against that point?. Again, the level of responsibility held by a certain gender, contrasted to the other, has little 2 do with this issue.

Men and women does not have equal rights, according 2 the man-made laws and regulations and based on the controversial typecasts which contributed to women’s oppression. You cannot have the same argument in relation to our religious-conviction, given that, Islam views men and women equally, but each has different role and responsibility. Anything which goes beyond that rule is complete alienation 2 me.

Search for equality?. You telling me you are fond of discrimination, violating, and depriving certain group of their rights?. Why would you tolerate to watch such group being subjected to less favourable treatment, when you know, they ought to be treated the same as you?.

The other nonsense you wrote about the THEORY I presented are totally off the rail, and seriously, Do you expect to get a response 2 such mumbo-jumbo?. Furthermore, next time you structure a reply to a certain post, make sure you have some coherent points, plz.

Been busy, I see.

Take it easy man and go slow on all the cusses. Feminism is only a natural reaction to a lot of male perpatrated injustices around the world. Nothing wrong with this realization. It certainly doesn't make you less of a man than if you didn't accept it or realize it. Its definitely not for everyone. Someday you'll have daughters and you'll want a just world where they will get the right treatment every human deserves. As for no longer supporting Al-shabaab, I see no logic in killing fellow Muslims and calling opponents murtads including well-versed scholars like Umal.

kolombo,

JK. nothing wrong with supporting our sisters against injustice and oppression but likewise we shouldn't support them in transgression (against the their honor and dignity), when they exceed the limits set by the sharia. anyways, i'd like to think that there are different concepts of femininity (which is of course the case), and that you aren't supporting the international jewry concept of the it.

and al-shabab agrees with you and sees no logic nor salaf in killing muslims. and likewise, according to sh fuad shanqole , they're highly respectful of sh umal and certainly don't view him as a murtad, far from it.

I think the reason why Galmeygaag is writing what he’s writing is to create controversy, not pure discussion, he just want us to talk, for the sake of it. Ok.

As for equality between genders, Islam gives each gender the right and the justice they deserve. No one gender is treated or supposed to be treated less than other one. Men and women are equal in the eyes of Allah in terms of being human. But with that equality comes different roles, if men are giving different roles than women they will ask about these duties which they were giving and is up to them to fulfil it. Anyone who’s got issues with that will obviously have issue with diinta.

I don’t understand why woman want to be same as men, in a sense why we trying to be ‘equal’ to them. Does their approval of equality give us some sort of satisfaction? :?

Yes we are equal Allah already told us that, you don’t need to hear it from lowlife farax with no life what so ever! if Allah said on the day of judgment I’m going to treat banii Adam not because of the colour of their skin, nationality or their gender, but the camal ay soo shaqaysteen, isn’t that enough satisfaction for you to know that gender is big deal to those who have insecurities?

In reality girls men have 10% harder duties than us, why we want to be like them I don’t understand. The same men who are expected to lead their family members and the Muslim Ummah as a whole to the right path are in this forum, bashing women not based on what they did individually but the gender they are. That’s how lame they are. They think being against women is something to be proud of when the whole dunya is waiting for them. No matter where you look, finance, war, religion and work, men are given harder tasks, we should be grateful we not like them. Look for example is not khasab for us to fight for Islam (physically) but for them is actually a must, providing that they have the ability, and if Islam is attacked. But look manta diintu meeshay marayso and the men that suppose to fight for islam and lead us ‘feeble’ women to the right path are having cat fights with us. What does that tell you? walahi I’m not lying by the way some men/guys in snet argue they’re more feminine then us, they more girlie and bitchy than us. I sometimes wonder which one of us is wearing the bra.
