AMISOM will never leave or TFG will crumble, neighbouring countries will be invaded and global security will be at risk.Shirib wrote:I doubt anything will cause Godane and Mansuur to break up while AMISOM is still around.

Please drop the 'I dont support al Shabaab' bit, your support for senseless killings is transparent. Every time someone lists their faults you jump on banning bras and the hazy case of the 13yr old girl, excusing every other barbaric act in between.

Al-Qaeda dont exist?![]()
4) I actually answered the question very well. They exist, and the TFG President is the guy who told them to come
Thats pretty irrelevant now, even though I dont agree, there were semi-legitimate reasons for doing so during the Ethiopian period

Under tyranny
3. their organization is the first to be run systematically. Nothing changes if If the head of the group dies. I heard Siad Bare was once taken to Saudi Arabia for health reasons and he left his son at the helm, Aidid died and USC called in his son from America, etc, etc. These guys are not run by family, tribe or anything like that. Like a corporation, you come in and die/leave with no or little impact. Right or wrong, these guys are run professionally.
Maxaa naga galay their leadership?![]()
Tell me one good thing the TFG has done for Somalia since Abdiqasim era. I know it produced many wealthy individuals and invited Ethiopian and Ugandan armies into the country.
You have a point here![]()

This would be a great outcome if Somalia enjoyed greater infrastructure to facilitate more self-reliance, by this I mean roads so that people in say Mudug can purchase grain or whatever the hell grows in those Eelay places. Also, there are hundreds of thousands of refugees in somalia today, they couldn't purchase Somali produce even if there was the right infrastructure in place to create the potential market. Banning NGOs in Somalia in this moment of time is short-sighted, stupid and very dangerous.waryaa wrote:Arcade, dealing with the UN doesn't mean killing poor foot soldiers/employees. These masked guys curbed UN food dumping programs. It is the first time Somali farmers can sell their harvest. You said some parts of the country are not fertile, That's good too because it gives somali farmers to sell in those markets too.
